Ken, my wallet is slowly recovering from the trailer rebuild and l’d like to get back on this project. What do you think we should try next? My motors are still up. A few posts back you mentioned the REV 4’s might be worth a shot?

One other item that might be useful, I had a local repair shop take a look at my Suzuki props just to see if they were out of wack. He said that although they are stamped 16x21.5 his gauge said that they were 23ā€ at the front of the blade and 27ā€ at the end. Both matched up on pitch and dia left and right.

Yea, Suzuki's are notorious for being pitched much higher then stamped.

Rev 4's or Tempest would be what you'd want to try.

I'm waiting on my 23 RH tempest to come back.
I'm out of 23 Rev 4's at the moment. I will have some soon, but it may be 2 weeks before I get my hands on them.

No hurry, just let me know when you have either ready to go.

Thanks again for all the help.

Are the Rev 4's or the Tempests back at your shop yet?
Thanks again for all the help!

Not yet. I just paid taxes, so I'm on hold for buying new props for testing at the moment.

Didn't you already run the 23 Tempest? I have a set of those. I thought it was you that ran them.

I ran the 23 Mariges with extra cup, but my motors are up too high and they lost grip. Are you thinking of the guy with the twin 300hpdi's? His post on classic mako says he just tried those tempests a few weeks ago.

that was the guy.

Well, I have those Tempest back. But they will turn more rpm then the cupped Mirages would.
They still might loose bite, but they are worth a shot.
Give me a call.
